Create a Snapshot from any layer, and turn it into an image — whilst rotating/flipping it and converting it to the correct perspective all at once.

There’s a few similar ‘Mockup’ plugins out there; but from my testing, Snapshot is the fastest!

Plus it provides a way to easily ‘re-sync’ any of the Snapshots with a single click in the Inspector pane.

Getting started

1. Select the layer you want to grab a snapshot of (this can be any layer type) — this is known as the 'Source Layer'
2. Also select the layer you want the Snapshot to be placed into; this must be a layer with four points (Frame, Rectangle, Vector) — this is known as the 'Destination layer'
3. Run Snapshot!
4. See an instant preview of how it will look — and flip/rotate the Snapshot as needed
5. Click Apply! 🎉

Quickly re-syncing

After you've created a Snapshot once before, now you can re-update it in a click.

To do this, select either the Source or Destination Layer (select just one), and click'Update Snapshot' in the inspector panel.
