What Slides does natively

  • Import and export: open .pptx files, and export to .pptx or PDF. Fonts PowerPoint lacks are substituted and gradients flatten to solid fills, which is why Pitchdeck Presentation Studio is on the list.
  • Tables and charts: native tables, and a chart tool for bar, line, donut and a few other types. Chart plugins matter once you need scatter plots, radar charts or custom styling.
