How to use :

1. Choose what to update (selection, page, or file) and pick your libraries from the drop down.

2. Select which collections to swap and see the preview.

3. Uncheck variables you don't want to change, then click on swap variables.

Ps : plugin picks libraries only if they are added in the File. You can add them to you file via Asset panel.
