Make some noise in Figma!

Noise is a handy tool when you need to add more realism to your work or to simply mask banding in gradients.

Use smoothing to simulate clouds or smudges and wear, or reduce the depth of your noise for a hard edge. Stretch for a brushed effect. Use vignetting to add density to your noise towards the outer edges. Or modify the color of your noise while mixing with blend modes to achieve some truly professional texturizing effects in your work.

Features

1. (NEW) Vignette — Increases the density of noise around the edges of your noise pattern which can create a more natural look in your designs.
2. (NEW) Stretch — The new stretch slider allows you to stretch your noise out for grain and brushed texture effects.
3. (NEW) Depth — Using the new depth slider you now have control over how many shades are used in produce noise for your designs: from a hard edged 1-bit noise to an intricate 256 shades.
4. Smoothing — Generate clouds, wear, smudges, landscapes, and other textures by mixing the smoothing slider with other options in Noise.
5. Color — With Noise you have full control over the color of the noise it generates using the built-in color picker or using hex value directly.
6. Smart Sizing — Noise will automatically detect the texture size you want based on the selected object in Figma. Adding noise automatically creates an image fill layer for you on the selected object.
